Mr. Steve Burh is a 6th grade teacher at North Wayne Elementary. He found a great way to keep his virtual Wayne at Home students engaged throughout the week. He started a Kahoot! Cup Challenge. To create his Friday Kahoot! Cup Challenge he would use questions that included information and skills that were taught throughout the week. This helped students stay interested and engaged in his daily lessons because it could show up as a question on Friday. He even went as far as inviting different staff in the building to join which always got the students even more excited to participate. They always tried to beat the teachers. In February, Mr. Buhr was asked to step back into the building and teach students in person. He continued his Kahoot! Championship in the classroom and it helps keep students actively learning each week. Way to go Mr. Buhr!
